The bathroom was spacious but lacked some
essential toiletries, which was disappointing. On the upside, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience enjoyable. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, though variety could be improved.

I stayed one night and appreciated the clean and spacious room. It had a nice courtyard view. I enjoyed the shower with multiple heads. The breakfast was great too, especially the French onion soup, which was the best I've had. This experience reminded me of the warmth of Italian hospitality.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable during my stay. There seemed to be some issues with the bathroom amenities.

comfortable stay but not what we expected
The room we had was well-sized for a family, providing ample space for everyone. The cleanliness of the room stood out, showing attention to detail. Plus, we appreciated the friendly attitude of the staff, making us feel welcome. The location was perfect, close to everything with a free trolley service to explore the area.
However, the lack of a proper crib for our baby was disappointing.

Overall, I had a solid experience at this hotel! The cozy lobby and the lovely outdoor courtyard were perfect for unwinding. The gym was a nice bonus. However, I was disappointed to find that the photos of the room didn’t match the dated reality, especially the frayed couch. I’d give them another shot for sure, but I’d lower my expectations a bit when it comes to room quality.

The staff really made my stay enjoyable. They were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. The Double Queen Guest Room was spotless and allergen-free, which I loved. I appreciated the cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The fire pit outside added a nice touch for relaxing evenings after exploring the area. Being close to King Street made it easy to access restaurants and shops. I didn’t love the parking situation since self-parking wasn’t available. Valet service took some time, especially during busy hours. Also, the coffee setup in the room could use improvement, as it didn’t quite meet my expectations on quality. I had a fantastic time, but these small issues did affect the experience a bit.

Couple getaway, but it's not cheap.
The room had a small balcony which was a perfect spot for morning coffee overlooking the courtyard. The staff was very attentive, even providing a nice surprise at check-in which made it feel special.
It wasn't affordable by any means, but still acceptable given the overall experience.

I stayed on a short getaway for my wedding anniversary. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, which made for a lovely atmosphere. The outdoor terrace and fire-pit were highlights, perfect for evening relaxation. I also appreciated the happy hour deals on flatbreads and drinks, offering great value. However, the dining options were overall overpriced and not very satisfying.

Cozy & Quaint Getaway!
I totally loved the charm of this place! The breakfast was super tasty, and the staff was super nice. The vibe inside felt cozy and welcoming. Just wish the entrance wasn't so tricky to find at first since it's off the main street. Overall, it made for a lovely visit for our retirement dinner!

The hotel staff were fantastic and friendly, making communication easy through texts. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom had an odd layout and cleaned inconsistently. Housekeeping missed our room despite requests, which was disappointing. Location is great with everything in walking distance.

We came here to celebrate my boyfriend's 21st birthday, and they surprised us by upgrading our room to a king suite with champagne and a sweet birthday card waiting for us! The bathroom had a luxurious feel, and I loved relaxing with a full-body massage and spending time in the steam room. The only downside was the bathroom door not providing much privacy, but it didn't take away from the amazing experience. 🎉
